For school parties, the hotel's location is convenient as it is on a bus stop in Verona, making transportation easy. The hotel itself is close to Bussolengo city center, providing easy access to amenities and activities. The rooms are clean, and while there were initially some maintenance issues, they were quickly resolved by the reception staff. The buffet-style meals offered a good variety of food throughout the day. The hotel also boasts a fantastic pool and other amenities.

One minor drawback mentioned in the reviews is the lack of WiFi in the rooms.

Because 2 children (10 & 6 yrs) were present with two adults (my husband and myself), they upgraded the room to a double room instead of just offerring a fold out bed for the 10yr old, as requested. The 6 yr old could have slept between us in the large bed, as I suggested. I felt pressured to take the unnecessarily larger room, at more than double the cost.

A very good restaurant that was managed very well by Mr. Khaled.

Air condition was not working properly and there was no fridge.

The hotel was clean, spacious, and had a great breakfast. The location was convenient for our activities. The staff was polite and accommodating. The swimming pool and surrounding area had a beautiful view.

everything , staff very rude , the pool was open to all and sundry and the music was so loud we had to retreat to our rooms ,when we asked them to turn it down slightly the y ignored us and turned it up even more , no consideration for guests , compared to everywhere we stayed in Italy and in europe this has got to be one of the worst hotels avoid at all costs especially at the weekend .

My room wasnt cleaned, all was dirty, had to change room and staff was not Italian and very very rude!!! Worst hotel in Years.

During my stay, I enjoyed the beautiful pool and the surrounding area which offered a great view. The hotel's location was also very convenient, being close to Bussolengo city center, Gardeland amusement park, and the parish church. Additionally, the breakfast served had a good selection and the staff were polite.

The Receptionist . she is very rude and doesn`t want to provide any assistance. She doesn`t know how she should treat customers. She is very bad really.

The hotel provides great value for money. The prices for the rooms are affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided.

All was up to standard.

The pool is great and the view of the mountains from the poolside is fantastic.

This place has so much potential to be brilliant but it is unfortuantely, if anything, below average. With the incredible mountain view and great size pool, this hotel could be luxurious but instead it is very Benidorm-esque with lots of kids running around and is generally very tacky. The food is horrendous (everything is made in batter, battered cauliflower, battered onion...I was surprised dessert wasn't battered.) Main advice would be to have a car, the bus service is dia, we waited nearly an hour some times to get to Lake Garda or Verona (not cool in 35 degrees) and the hotel does not have a taxi service.

Great location for Lake Garda and a fantastic swimming pool to relax at after a day sight seeing!

The bedrooms were very basic and air conditioning didn't work even though we asked for it to be repaired!

Spent Xmas at a place close to Verona and Gardaland. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to explore both towns. The hotel had a great restaurant service and delicious food, especially the pasta and the desserts. The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel too.

The hotel was quite dated and some areas could do with an update, but it was still comfortable. The pool was small, but we didn't have time to use it anyway.

The location for a stop over .. but thats all !

We stayed in a hotel near a theme park and lake. The swimming pool was well kept and the breakfast had a wide variety of food. The staff was kind and public areas spacious. The air conditioning in the room worked well and there was a playing area for children.

The hotel had limited vegan meal options and the waiting staff struggled with communicating allergies.
